Fans all over the world celebrate Crayon Pop’s 2nd debut anniversary

Crayon Pop’s fans are celebrating their 2nd debut anniversary with various events.

Crayon Pop made their official debut on July 19th, 2012, and Saturday was their 2nd debut anniversary. In order to celebrate the anniversary, Crayon Pop’s fans produced a celebration advertisement, which is getting played on a giant advertisement screen near Hongik University subway station.

The advertisement video is composed of parts from music videos that Crayon Pop have released so far, including ‘Saturday,’ ‘Ba Ba Ba,’ and ‘Uh-ee,’ and it finishes with a message that says, “Congratulations, Crayon Pop, for 2nd debut anniversary.”

Crayon Pop’s fans also held guerrilla performances at various places around the entire country, and also prepared a video presentation event in celebration of the girls’ 2nd debut anniversary.

A great number of fans at overseas are also congratulating the anniversary in their own ways as well. Fans are continuously tagging Crayon Pop on Twitter, and some fans are sending various gifts and rice packs to Crayon Pop’s management agency.

A representative of Chrome Entertainment said, “We will donate all of the rice packs to those who are suffering from poverty.”

Meanwhile, Crayon Pop are recently participating in Lady Gaga’s on-going North America tour, ‘artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball’ for opening performances. They have three more performances to go, and they will get back to Korea on July 24th.
