On 4 May, Munhwa News released an interview with Way, where she talked about her upcoming play, Crayon Pop, and her life.
Way thinks that when it comes to plays and musicals, size does not matter. She thinks roles that fit her are more important. Way had fun when she started practicing for Jjambbong and can’t wait for the performances.
When asked about other Crayon Pop member’s activities, Way mentioned Choa’s Hero musical, Geummi appearing in a drama, and Ellin getting ready to appear in a movie. Way mentioned having activities next week. Way would like to work on an album, if given the opportunity.
Way says Crayon Pop left impressions on her life. Some impressions were small. Some impressions were big. She still appreciates the people who showed the group love.
Way has picked up practicing English as a hobby.
When she has the day off, Way doesn’t really do anything. She mentions how she used to go drinking with friends often. Now, she doesn’t drink and mostly catches up on sleep.
Way feels awkward with the “actress” title. She believes after a long time of hard work, she will feel comfortable with the “actress” title.
Way thanks her fans for congratulating her on getting the Jjambbong role. She is very grateful for all the cheering. She mentions the coffee truck sent, during one of the practice sessions. The other actors and actresses were also grateful for the coffee truck visit.
