  • Hi, what does it mean when the fans shout: ”Way~~~ Yee Boo Daaa!!!”
i hear em alot in Fancams 🙂

I believe they’re saying “Yeppuda” which means “Beautiful.”

    • “i-ppeu-da” = beautiful / pretty; but ATENTION, it’s a slang form (이쁘다 written in south korean hangeul)
So, in standard form it is “ye-ppeu-da”, same meaning (예쁘다 )

I suggest you learn to read and write Hangul characters, it’s easy and not have to learn the language. I’m serious!
      Knowing
how to read the korean characters will allow you to identify the Korean
artists in TV shows, interviews, concerts, etc.. Got it?

Get the handouts for study on following links… Fighting!

Thanks for the links. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. I’m 62 and I’ve been learning Hangeul. Not only has it helped me identify artists and videos but it is actually simple and fun to learn. Thanks for the links. The recordings will help me pronounce the words better. Anyone who hasn’t started learning Hangeul, do it!! Believe me, it’s the most fun alphabet in the world to learn. You’ll be glad you did.

      • Thank you friend. Everything you said is right. And congratulations, you have 62 years of pure youth (I’m 34).
About the post … I just don’t know how this bug made my post replicate itself. Funny! 😛 Check my original post below, in response to ‘TinPeiLingFan’ user to get another link, of ‘Talk To Me In Korean’. Good luck!
