Today? Mixing, mastering, CD pressing…so the album will be in November then… :-/

Not necessarily. We don’t know how many songs they have already recorded and have left to record. For all we know, this could be the last one, due to them having to remake the instrumental.

The last CD project I worked on was in 2009, admittedly five years ago, but the lead time for just pressing the CDs (we started with 5K) was a month. If they’re still laying tracks, that means the whole album is awaiting mastering. If this is absolutely the last tracking to be done, then they might catch the end of October, but that’s pushing it.

They still have time to make it to the mid-october time they said. Uh-ee was recorded on March 6th. The MV teaser was released March 23rd. https://twitter.com/crayonpop/status/441777479615647745

That was a single song release, and vocals are usually last to be tracked. Mastering a full album adds at least another week, unless it’s a slapdash affair. They could release the album digitally and promote their first song before the CDs become available, if I remember correctly they did that last time – the ship date of Uh-ee was April 7th so the full M/V and digital download preceded the CD by about a week.

1,2,3,4 is one of the last songs in the tracklist. A little less than half of the songs are old ones so there’s no need to re-record them. They started recording the newer songs about a month ago(CEO posted a picture of Soyul recording a duet). So I’ll make an educated guess and say that they’ll deliver just fine in mid-October.

    Sounds good. :3
